Treatment Acknowledgement

By utilising the services and facilities at Sculpt & Skin by Amber Jasper, you acknowledge that you have been adequately informed of our services and have agreed to proceed with treatments such as sauna, sculpting, and skin tightening.

Health Considerations

Clients are required to disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or other health concerns that might be adversely affected by the treatments offered. Sculpt & Skin by Amber Jasper is not responsible for any adverse effects that result from undisclosed health conditions.

Age Restrictions

Clients under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present during consultations and must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian to receive any treatments.

Results May Vary

Every individual's body is unique, and results from any treatments may vary from person to person. Sculpt & Skin by Amber Jasper makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding specific outcomes or results.

Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that all treatments come with inherent risks, including but not limited to discomfort, swelling, redness, or other temporary side effects. By proceeding with treatments, you assume these risks.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 2 days in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the appointment being charged.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials related to Sculpt & Skin by Amber Jasper, including marketing and promotional material, are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Sculpt & Skin by Amber Jasper will not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential, arising from your use or inability to use the services offered.

Right to Refuse Service

Sculpt & Skin by Amber Jasper reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Turkish Bath House Terms and Conditions

You agree that your use of our day spa studio is at your own risk, our bath house can be a slippery space. Please always seek professional medical advice before using our saunas or if you; are on any medications, suffer from obesity, suffer heart disease, have low or high blood pressure, have any chronic disease, have any ongoing health issues, aged under 18 years or over 55 years of age.

You cannot use Our sauna if you are pregnant, have a fever, any chronic health condition, acute bleeding or are intoxicated. By booking with Us, you acknowledge that you are not restricted from using our bath house and sauna based on any of the conditions under this clause. Any of the services provided by Us should not substitute medical advice or treatments prescribed by a doctor.
